FirstWeddingBand.com's 30-day Return Policy is designed to take the hassle out of online shopping. If an exchange is needed, we are more than happy to help. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please return it.
30 Day Return It Free or Exchange It Free -
With FirstWeddingBand.com 30 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions for non-engraved rings. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of the original shipping date for an exchange or full refund. Or, you may exchange the ringfor a different style or size. All we ask is that you make sure that the merchandise is in the original condition. We cannot refund the engraving fee or shipping cost. You are responsible for shipping fees when returning a ring. Rings cannot be exchanged for a different style after the 30 day period.
Life Time Warranty
Once you have had your ring for 30 days, it is covered under our manufacturers Lifetime Warranty. It covers manufacturing defects for the life of the ring, accidental damage, and of course breaks. You can return the ring for a new one that is the same style and width. Contact us for instructions.
Life Time Sizing Guarantee
Our Lifetime Sizing program will insure that your titanium, tungsten carbide, stainless steel or Cobalt Chrome ring will always fit comfortably. Should you ever find your ring to be either too large or too tight due to fluctuation in finger size, simply contact us for exchange instructions. Shipping costs are the customers responsiblity.
Step 1: To request a return of one or more items in an order, login to your account and navigate to My Account.
Step 2: Navigate to the Completed Orders section and click on the Return Item(s) button
Step 3: In the next screen select the products you want to return using the Qty. to Return drop down boxes, choose the Return Reason. The Return Action and Comments are optional fields. Click on Submit Return Request.
4. Select Return Reason:
- Wrong Size
- Received Wrong Product
- Wrong Product Ordered
- Not Satisfied With The Product
- There Was A Problem With The Product
5. Select Return Action:
- Exchange for New Size
- Store Credit
NOTE: If you need a new size, please note the NEW SIZE in your 'comments'
