Q: I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Firstweddingband.com you can return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Item(s) must be in original condition, without custom engraving and in the original packaging. For engraved rings there is a $39 processing fee. To return your purchase for a refund or exchange, please email:firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you a prepaid return-shipping label.
Q: How long will it take for me to get my refund?
A: Once the product(s) is received and inspected by one of our wedding band specialists (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. It may take your credit card company an additional 7-10 days to show the funds.

A: We process all orders before 3EST on the same day, and they ship same day. After 3EST, the order will ship next business day.

A: Yes, we accept international credit cards. Orders placed with the use of an International Credit Card may take up to 72 hours to finalize prior to shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. All international orders ship for $29.99. We are not responsible for any duties, customs or other taxes that may be incurred on international orders. We have no way of calculating these fees as they are set by your government. To determine what these charges may be, please contact your local authorities.
